Phil was easily reachable and very responsive and helpful in arranging all the details before I made the 10 hour drive to pick up the car (I told you it was exactly what I was looking for). The transaction was easy and smooth, and Phil remained attentive and responsive after the sale when I had a slight hiccup with the registration process.
